Connecting us to the sensations of the present moment, and helping us to become observers of our thoughts and feelings. Through heightened awareness we come to realise that thoughts and feelings are transient and we are better equipped to cope with difficulties as they arise. Mindfulness empowers us to witness our difficulties and make conscious choices on how to act on them
Meditation is far more than a means of relaxation, it is a tool to cope with stress, and daily chaos that can occur in our lives.
